Our Therapists believe that we grow and live in relationships. In those relationships we learned to define ourselves - creating patterns of interaction and frames of reference for how we will relate with the rest of the world. Children, Teens and Young Adults can struggle with this process be it due to environment or natural factors. This struggle can take a toll on not only them, but their parents and families as well.
Our clinical approach is to explore present behaviors and impulses to help you/your child make changes to create a more positive everyday experience. In this way you will construct new definitions of yourselves and new interaction styles for your present relationships consciously, responsibly, and in a new awareness of the reality you want to create.
